EPIC Building Company is a family owned private company based in Torquay that provides residential and commercial building services throughout the Surfcoast, Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Melbourne.

The company founder (Nathan Barrett) commenced in the domestic building trade as a carpenter almost fifteen years ago and has since established an organisation that delivers a wide range of  high quality and cost effective building solutions and services including; residential new builds, extensions and renovations as well as commercial fit-outs and improvements.
